It looks like a "Wolverine" weekend and we're not talking about Michigan football. Expected to jump off to a strong start at the box office is the new movie featuring Hugh Jackman's character "The Wolverine." (the X-Men comic book connection continues) It's rated PG-13.
"Blue Jasmine." Also new this week is the latest film directed by Woody Allen and starring Cate Blanchett and Alec Baldwin. Rated PG-13.
There seems to be a never ending variety of Elvis collectables to find their way to an auction house.

By the end of the 1950's, there were around 5,000 Drive-In Theaters, and people were pulling into a good viewing spot, hooking up the speaker, and buying popcorn and snacks. Teens were smuggling friends into the show in the trunk and young lovers weren't watching much of the movie! The Drive-In became an American hangout and icon. But...some still exist!! Among the new movies this weekend is the return of "The Lone Ranger." He looks familiar but the new Tonto doesn't! Armie Hammer is the Ranger and Johnny Depp is Tonto. Rated "not too good" by a number of reviewers.
"Despicable Me 2" hopes to have the box office success of the first film. (among the top ten animated films.) Rated PG.
Any list of the "oldest company logos" would
have to include the Midwest favorite "John Deere."
The "leaping deer" logo was registered in 1876, but had
been used by the company for 3 years before that. The black and
white colors gave way to green and yellow over the years. Find
