WHOS FOOLIN WHO? DINING OUT IN AMERICA
When it comes to dining out, the majority still favor more flavor over fewer calories. Nearly 60 percent of those taking part in a Mintel survey say they want food that tastes great when they go out to eat. Only 23 percent note they're looking for something healthy, while 14 percent admit they never go to a restaurant to get a healthy meal. However, just under half of those polled say they are making healthier choices when they dine away from home.
