NEW MOVIES THIS WEEK!!

I'm looking forward to seeing the new Sherlock Holmes moving starring Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law. This one is titles "Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows."

Also, opening this week is "Carnage," with an all star comedy cast including Jodie Foster and Kate Winslet.

And for the general public including kids and grandkids, there is "Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chip- Wrecked."

ARE YOU READY FOR THE TEST? ( LET'S HOPE WE PASS!)

For the first time in history, all broadcast outlets, radio, TV, cable, will be required to take part in a national test of the EAS system. This system is one you are familiar with as it is often used locally to pass along emergency weather announcements. But a national test has never been tried before.
