YOU'LL NEED DEEP POCKETS TO BID ON THESE

There are more Michael Jackson collectibles to be auctioned this fall. Included are the jacket and gloves that Jackson wore on the cover of the late 80s LP "Bad." The famous jacket is custom-made with Swarovski crystals. Fans have a chance to bid on signed photos and lyrics sheets from the pop star.

Michael Jackson died on June 25, 2009 of cardiac arrest. He was 50-years-old at the time.

NEW MOVIES

Despicable Me

Steve Carell plays criminal mastermind Gru in Universal's 3D animated film, "Despicable Me," opening nationwide on Friday. Julie Andrews plays Gru's equally evil mother -- the film gets interesting when three orphaned children find something appealing in Gru. "Despicable Me" is rated PG. Check out the trailer here.

Predators

Over 23 years after the debut of the original, Oscar-winner Adrien Brody stars in "Predators," opening nationwide on Friday. In the film, Brody plays Royce, a mercenary captured by aliens and dispatched to a game preserve. There, the humans -- many of whom were killers before arriving at the preserve -- are the hunted. "Predators" is rated R.

TOP MOVIES AT THE BOXOFFICE

The new "Twilight" vampire movie raked in 262-million dollars worldwide during its first five days of release -- 162-million of that here in the U.S. and in Canada. Over the three-day weekend, "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" took in approximately 69-million dollars at American box offices. In second place was the debut of "The Last Airbender" with 40-point-seven million. Falling to third was "Toy Story 3," followed by "Grown Ups" in fourth, and "Knight and Day" in fifth.
CONSTITUTION CHANGE? MOST SAY NO!

It looks like a majority of "we the people" want the nation's constitution left alone. In a Rasmussen Reports telephone survey, 62-percent of one-thousand adults polled said to leave the centuries-old document as-is. This, despite recent arguments that it's not restrictive enough of government. About a quarter of those polled this year -- 24-percent -- said that "minor changes" are warranted.


The U.S. Constitution was adopted in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in September 1787 and ratified in June 1788. Since then, it's undergone 27 amendments. The first ten amendments are America's Bill of Rights.

THE 4th ON PBS

R&B legend Gladys Knight is part of the all-star lineup for Sunday's "A Capitol Fourth: America's Independence Day Celebration" on PBS . Actor Jimmy Smits will host the celebration from Washington DC. Appearing alongside Knight are country stars Reba McEntire and Darius Rucker, and "American Idol" season seven runner-up David Archuleta. PBS will broadcast "A Capitol Fourth" this Sunday, July 4th, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
RARE ELVIS PHOTOS DISCOVERED

Elvis Presley archivists have found three rare photos dating to 1957 that show a young Elvis greeting fans at the gates of Graceland.
