IT WAS THE WARMEST MARCH IN HISTORY!!(for much of the upper midwest and beyond)

Records have been kept for La Crosse since 1872 and they've never recorded record breaking high temps like we saw and felt this year! Put it down in your diary! Get a tattoo! Remember it fondly. It's probably not coming back. One interesting development, March could be warmer than April this year.
