IT'S VERY DRY AT THESE COLLEGES!!

There are lists and then there are lists.  This one proves important to those who attend.  Don't plan to party big time in a Wisconsin way at these colleges!!

Leading the list as the driest in the nation is Brigham Young University. (probably not a surprise to Mormans everywhere as tobacco, tea, and coffee are also off the consumption list)
