SINGER BOBBY HEBB

Rhythm and blues singer Bobby Hebb has died. Hebb passed away Tuesday at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville at age 72. Hebb's biggest hit -- 1966's "Sunny" -- had its roots in tragedy. Hebb reportedly wrote the song after two difficult moments in his life. The first was the November 1963 assassination of John F. Kennedy. The second was the murder of Hebb's own brother at knife point two days after the president's death. Listen to the song "Sunny." Click here.
