LOVE THOSE PEANUTS (AND WE DON'T MEAN CHARLIE BROWN AND SNOOPY)

Peanuts are popular. The National Peanut Board's latest Consumer Attitudes Tracking Study shows that at least one jar of peanut butter can be found in nine out of ten homes in America. Nearly a third of those surveyed see peanuts or peanut butter as a part of a healthy diet, while 52-percent say they've recently learned something about the benefits of eating peanut butter, and are considering increasing their consumption.
